1. Important information

Company information:

These terms of trades apply to purchases of goods on Pasta Chips website www.pastachips.dk . Please note: These terms of trades do not apply if you purchase in a physical store. www.pastachips.dk is owned and operated by Pasta Chips ApS, Mågevej, 2400, Copenhagen, Denmark. 2. Payment options and payment

We offer the following payment methods: credit card, MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

All transactions are secure and encrypted. The amount is deducted when the order is placed.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

3. Delivery

We ship throughout Denmark from DKK 55, and shipping is free on orders over DKK 299. We strive to deliver your order within 2-3 business days after dispatch. The goods are delivered to the address you provided when purchasing.

4. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to cancel your order from the date you receive the item. To exercise your right of cancellation, contact us through our contact form or by sending us an e-mail at ciao@pastachips.dk.

Conditions for returns:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it.
  • As we sell food, bags can only be returned if the packaging is unbroken. Opened bags cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • You are responsible for the costs of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

5. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes can only be used during the period and on the products specified in the individual campaign. Discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts, campaigns or automatic discounts, unless otherwise clearly stated.

6. Right of complaint

You have a 2-year right of complaint under the Danish Sales Act. The right of complaint covers errors and defects that were present at the time of delivery. For food, the right of complaint naturally applies until the best before date stated on the bag.

If you wish to complain, you must first contact us through our contact form or by sending us an e-mail at ciao@pastachips.dk.

If we do not find a solution together, you can complain to the Center for Complaints Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg — naevneneshus.dk.

If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can also use the European Commission's online complaints portal: ec.europa.eu/odr.

This website is operated by Pasta Chips ApS. By using the website or shopping in our store, you agree to these terms, which apply to all users of the site — customers, visitors, and contributors of content.

Prices on our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to:

  • change or stop the sale of products
  • limit sales to certain geographical areas

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, prices and other information are correct. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and inaccuracies.

Ingredient and allergen information on this site is indicative. The binding information is the one printed on the bag — always read it if you have an allergy. All our varieties are made from durum wheat flour and therefore contain gluten.

When you leave comments or send feedback, you grant us the right to use this information without any obligation to keep it confidential, pay compensation, or respond to your feedback.

You may not submit content that is illegal, offensive, or contains malicious software.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy policy.

13. Prohibited uses

You may not use the website for any illegal purpose, to violate any laws or regulations, or to spread viruses or malicious software. Violations may result in immediate termination of your services.

14. Disclaimer

We do not warrant that your use of the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for delays or technical problems, or for indirect damages such as loss of profit or data.

This disclaimer does not limit your non-negotiable rights as a consumer under Danish law.
